5 efforts uphill with recovery in between

Both groups warm down same as warm up

Doagh Road/Avondale/Grange Valley Circuit
1st Corner hard, jog back, 2nd corner hard, jog back, 3rd corner
hard, jog back, 4th corner hard, 1 minute recovery
Start in reverse
Both groups warm down same as warm up

Ballycorr Road/Leisure Centre Path to Mill Road
8 x 800m, 1 minute recovery in between
Group B
